Mind Vitality Solutions provides quality treatment that leads to recovery, personal development, and helps you to achieve your treatment goals for success and optimal functioning for daily livings. Dr. Kimberly Dexter is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner that is affiliated top teaching universities and has treated clients with serious mental illnesses at local community service board agencies and correctional facilities. She has presented speaking presentations at local, national, and international healthcare conferences. She has earned a total of six degrees in various fields of healthcare and graduated from George Mason University with a Doctorate of Nurse Practice Degree. She has over 10 years in mental health care experience in crisis stabilization, substance use services, in both outpatient and inpatient treatment settings. She provides compassionate mental health care and listens to clients' concerns, desires and allows them to provide input in their treatment plan.

  • Medication Management without psychotherapy : $95 - $150
  • Medication Management with psychotherapy: $175 - $200
  • Hospital Discharge and follow-up : $250 - $300
  • Crisis intervention: $150 - $200
  • Collateral Visit are additional fee: $50 - $100
